Terms of use

VXLVERSE is a browser-based game-maker. By using it, you agree to these simple rules. We've kept them short and friendly.

Free plan, and as-is

VXLVERSE has a free plan — making and sharing games is free every day, and it includes one class of up to 30 children, forever. Two paid plans sit on top: Plus at €4.99 a month or €39 a year (a personal plan: 5× the daily AI story builds, private games, and no "Made with VXLVERSE" badge), and Classroom at €149 per year per class. Everything is provided "as-is". We work hard to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available, bug-free, or that your games will be kept forever. Save your work elsewhere if it really matters to you.

Payments & refunds: Plus costs €4.99 a month or €39 a year; Classroom costs €149 per year, per class — no per-child fees. There is no card checkout on this site yet: for either plan you email us, we switch it on for your account and send an invoice or a payment link, so nothing is ever charged automatically and nothing renews on its own. If a payment goes wrong, or a plan is not what you expected, email us and we will sort it out.

Play nice — acceptable use

When you make and share games on VXLVERSE, please:

Your creations are yours

You own the games you make. By saving and sharing a game on VXLVERSE, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, store, display and let others play it — that's how the community gallery and shared links work. You can delete your games at any time, which ends that licence for them.

Accounts & termination

You're responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend or remove accounts and content that break these rules or harm other people — abuse is the main reason we'd ever do this. You can stop using VXLVERSE and ask us to delete your account at any time.

No warranty, no liability

VXLVERSE comes with no warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, including lost games or downtime.
